Return & Exchange Policy:

Custom Box Wire offers tailored products and services according to customer specifications. Clients must notify the company within 3 business days if the products are defective or do not meet the desired requirements.

Please note: We only offer returns or refunds if the product is damaged or faulty.

Production Errors:

  • If the defect is confirmed to be caused by the company, CBW will take full responsibility and reprint the entire order.
  • The company’s decision on whether the issue qualifies as a defect is final.
  • Customers must return the full order within 7 business days and cover the return shipping costs.
  • To assist in the reprint process, customers must provide clear proof of the defect, such as digital photographs.

Customer-Side Errors:

  • If the defect is found to be due to the customer’s error, and a refund is requested:
  • The customer must return the entire order to the company. Refunds will not include charges for shipping, setup, printing, or billing.

Order Cancellation Guidelines:

  • After proof approval, the order is sent to the press department for production.
  • Customers can cancel their order within 4 hours of proof approval.
  • If you cancel the order after processing, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 to 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • No refunds will be given once the order is in the press.
  • Complimentary storage is available in the warehouse, and shipping can be arranged as needed.
