From materials, text, and graphics to designs on Custom Box Wire, belongs to the company. You can view, duplicate, download, or print content for only private use or placing orders, and no other purpose. Using any other method that breaks the copyright and trademark law is strictly prohibited. This contract does not allow using Custom Box Wire or its partners’ trademark. Changing or erasing any copyrighted file on downloaded content is not permitted.
Our packaging teams create both digital and physical versions of your uploaded files. You are requested to submit your files in 300 dpi and CMYK format for color precision, as we’re not responsible for smudgy colors and printing. You have the right to upload any artwork of yours. We do not allow the printing of any inappropriate material.
We, at Custom Box Wire have the authority to approve or decline payments. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of each product per customer and terminate the order at any moment. It is your responsibility to provide accurate name, address, contact information, and bank details when placing an order on our site. We have the right to terminate your services in case of inaccurate information. We demand you provide us with your correct credit card details, including an expiry date for a smooth transaction.
In case of any damaged product, you’re requested to report us at {info@customboxwire.com} within 3 working days of receiving your order. After this period, there will be no refunds. We will correct and reprint the product to match your specifications if needed. It should be noted that replacement products can take 6-7 business days to deliver.
Our production takes 4-5 working days, with 2-3 additional business days for shipping. Production time begins immediately after you upload, review, and approve your artwork with our printing team. We ensure to deliver each order as soon as possible. Refunds will be provided if a printing delay occurs due to a technical fault.
You can’t engage in illegal activities by using our services, breaking our intellectual property rights, presenting wrong information, gathering personal details from others, spamming, or risking website security. If any of these terms and conditions are violated, we can take strict action against you.
